ZEE TV was launched in the UK's in 1995 and remains the pioneer in Asian entertainment with some gripping serials, family dramas, blockbuster films, exciting cricket and much more.
Philosophy
ZEE believes in reaching out to its audiences and has a special programme called 'OUT and ABOUT' which covers all local Asian community events taking place across the country.
ZEE also understands the crucial importance of keeping abreast of issues which affect the South Asian community and is the only channel to telecast a local news bulletin every weekday keeping viewers updated with news, views and analysis from an Asian perspective.
Programming
One of the key reasons for ZEE TV's remarkable success is its constant introduction of new programmes. Programmes like Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai which features leading personalities from Bollywood, Sports and Politics in India including Shahrukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai, Saurav Ganguly, Karishma Kapoor, Laloo Prasad Yadav to name a few!
As well as gripping dramas like Kammal, Kitty Party and Love Marriage, laugh-a-minute talk shows like Simply Shekhar, religious epics like Jai Santoshi Maa, ZEE also screens other entertaining programmes like Antakshari, Dream Destinations which keep viewers glued to their screens.
